Use the drug search tool to find out if the drug is covered by the Canada Post health care plan.
When viewing the drug site you will also be able to get the list of covered drugs that you can print and bring to your physician’s office.
A copy of the latest drug exception form is provided. But please note, the form changes often throughout the year. It’s best that you visit the Canada Post Drug Plan website to download the most up-to-date form.
Turnaround time for paper claims should be approximately 5 working days. Members also have the option to submit the co-ordination of benefits via groupnet (eclaim) if you have direct deposit.
