The opening ceremony of The Vancouver Post Office occurred in the lobby at 349 Georgia Street Vancouver B.C.
Vancouver Fraser Heritage Club cordially invites our members to attend a special farewell party in the retail lobby exactly where the opening ceremony was held.
Jim Stevenson will be hosting our get together with refreshments between 10AM and 12 Noon On October 12th. Many cherished memories will be shared at this occasions. Photo Albums will rekindle a lot of memories as well.
A photo display will also be available as well as boxes of surplus photos for you to take and enjoy. This will be the final opportunity to also take photo’s of the famous Paul Huba’s Mural in our lobby depicting The Importance Of Mail Service to all Members Of The Public.
Please RSVP if you would like to attend. (We will make up name tags for everyone attending and meet in the front public lobby before going into our retail area for our private party.
